The global impact of COVID-19 has been felt on a local level. In response to these exceptional times, we recognize the need to be there for our associates in ways that meet their unique personal needs. We have provided the necessary training, PPE, increased staffing, additional compensation for special roles served, a food pantry to provide for convenience, and weekly lunches to add something special to the work week. We are all in this together and we have our associates’ well-being and satisfaction top-of-mind.
