Respite Care

Respite care can be a choice for caregivers or individuals in need of after-hospital stays or for rehabilitation.

When your needs for caregiving require an overnight stay -respite care- the Plymouth Place Health Care Center is available to a secure, professional environment.

During a respite stay, a person becomes a short-term resident in our Health Care Center, and enjoys all the benefits of 24 hour care, delivered by our interdisciplinary team of licensed nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, social workers, and activity staff. We will work with you to seamlessly continue your plan of care for managing medication, communicating with your physician, and coordinating any professional services needed.

Respite care can vary in length from overnight to a few months.
