Silver Services

Our Silver Services program is unique in that we deliver personal assistance to residents in any apartment. Silver Services are available on an ala carte basis, and are provided on both a scheduled and "as needed" basis.

Silver Services can include:

• Medication cues, pill minders, or delivery to residents,
  
• Bathing assistance,
  
• Personal grooming assistance,
  
• Daily activity reminders,
  
• Escorts to and from meals,
  
• Incontinence management,
  
• Hearing aide assistance,
  
• Linen changes,
  
• Mobility assistance,
  
• Restorative programs,
  
• Glucose monitoring,
  
• Pacemaker monitoring,
  
• Personal laundry service, and
  
• Case management.

Silver Services are provided by the Plymouth Place staff. This includes licensed nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, companions, social workers, and activity staff who are specially educated to provide these services.
