Plymouth Place, in partnership with The Comprehensive Group, delivers sophisticated rehabilitation services with a patient-centered focus. A dedicated team of experienced physical, occupational and speech therapists develops custom-tailored rehabilitation programs to help patients regain skills and independence as quickly as possible.
Ideally located in La Grange Park, Plymouth Place focuses on providing exceptional rehabilitation services to exceed our patients’ and families’ expectations, as part of our continuum of care that includes assisted living, memory support and nursing care.
Rehab services include:
Individual therapy sessions — up to seven days per week
Coordinated discharge planning, including follow-up care and equipment
Patient, family and caregiver education and training
Medicare-certified
Private insurances (we work with your insurance company for pre-approval)
