Our accredited Health Care Center at Plymouth Place Senior Living in La Grange Park is licensed by the state of Illinois and offers superior senior nursing care provided in a social environment, because we know that feeling of home will always be the best medicine.

We support our residents in concert with each individual’s physician and through careful assessment, monitoring and evaluation of preferences. Our strong restorative philosophy is apparent in our hands-on care, and carries through in a wide offering of meaningful activities and services, including memory support.

Our Health Care Center is an ideal choice for an after-hospital stay, as short-term rehabilitation —including physical, occupational and speech therapy--is available on site by our therapy provider. Additional medical supplies and services, therapies and personal items are available for an additional charge.
